Bee Issues - get help!

Please report promptly any aggressive bee sighting on CCN-HOA property !

If possible report location of hive.

DO NOT RISK CONTACT WITH THE BEES TO GAIN THIS INFROMATION!!

If the colony is located on HOA common property we will dispatch one of our trained bee specialists to deal with the situation. If the infestation is on private property it is the individual homeowners responsibility to remedy. Private property, as defined by CCN-HOA policy, is the area of your property to include two feet around the home or any wall or boarder there attached, along with the area from the front of the home to the street.

Country Club North HOA will pay only for bee remediation services on common area property and only upon prior Board approval.
